PROJECT: Measuring what matters to EU citizens: Social progress in the European Regions
DESCRIPTION:
This is a multi-region pilot project, launched by the European Commission, in order to encourage regions to empirically test how the EU Social Progress Index (EU SPI) could be used to improve policymaking, in particular for policies supported by cohesion policy. At the same time the aim of the pilot is to find ways for linking the EU-SPI index with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in order to cover several social aspects.
As the project leader, SCOPE has undertaken all the project management and coordination tasks of consortium members and the project team.
