PROJECT: Electronic platform for Adult Learning in Europe (EPALE)
DESCRIPTION:
The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) aimed to boost employment and employability in the tourism sector, overcome the mismatches between the supply and demand for labour in the tourism market and support quality jobs in tourism.
As consortium leader, INTRASOFT International was responsible for the implementation of a 360-degree pan-European campaign (with focus on Greece, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Malta and Romania) for the promotion of careers in the tourism sector. Tasks included the drafting of the communication strategy, overseeing the communication and awareness-raising campaign from the planning to the implementation of all offline and digital communication activities. This was based on the findings of desk research and the findings of a survey conducted at the initial phase of this project, and the evaluation of the campaign’s impact.
SCOPE OF SERVICES / COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES:
- Social media content development (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Google ads campaigns.
- Graphic design (visuals, factsheets, promotional material and giveaways).
- Production of eight short videos presenting career paths in tourism.
- YouTube campaign featuring the videos produced.
- Event management and multiplier engagement (e-kit).
- Development of the EASME - Jobs in Tourism website using Drupal.
